I was down with flu and fever and Xiao Xuan bought lunch and dinner over for me. She steamed it and then washed all the utensils. And she didn't allow me to do any work at all. Goodness can she be any sweeter. :)

Oops. I haven't been updating as much as I thought I would be.
Been busy you see.
This CNY was odd. Not as many people around as the last. Somehow or rather though, the ang bao money didn't dwindle too much, thankfully. :)
Squadron initiation was o.O
A few of us newly posted in people were made to either drink 1 yart (spelled like that?) of beer or a special cocktail of coke, orange, chilli padi and blachan. We had to down it in 1min or accept some horrible callsigns (it's like a nickname) that the others suggested. I chose the beer. And I managed to my own amazement to down it in time... and then puked. Haha. And the world started spining a little. And my face started glowing.. In anycase, my callsign is now Kermit. Thank you Hammy and Maestro for sending me home in a cab. I told Dad they made me drink and I was kinda spinny, but he told me to take a cab.. -_-" No matter no matter.
Met up with a few of the old power gang at Nono's yesterday and kinda reminiscened the old VJ times. It was great laughing and joking about our weirdo teachers and anti-dunking campaign the P put Tan up to. And about the guys who wore draw-strings and the girls who wore 'sarongs'
If only the girls in VJ'd be daring enough one day, maybe April Fools' to come to school in pants. Can u imagine. It'd be one hell of a practical joke. Ah, I miss my old school days, the lectures and tutorials, or more accurately, the missing of. If only we could stay young forever.
But of course, I'm not complaining. God's been ever so faithful to bless me and teach me new lessons day after day. Thinking about those who're having it worse, I'm so grateful for where I am today. I feel I have so many reasons to thank God.
Valentine's day is just around the corner! Exciting!!
I haven't started 'scheming' yet though. Not to worry, I'll get down to it soon. Heh heh.

I must say I really have lots to Thank God for!!!
Most of all, I thank him for the people he places in my life, the angels he sends to rescue me.
It has been 9 monts since I enlisted. I think I can say now, that that jericho has been conquered. Life in the squadron is so much better now that my training days are over. A big thank you to all who stood by me, encouraging me along the way. You know who u are! :)
The thing about God is, he always puts us in situations that stretch us to our limits. Only so that we can learn to trust in him to provide and to guide, not so much because he can't do it any other way, But rather, as humans, i think we tend to learn better the hard way. If life was so smooth sailing, honesty, how many of us would remember to give thanks and praises to God? How often do we sideline our heavenly father who's always there watching over us every step of the way.
This year, I wanna remember to thank God first, whenever something nice happens. I think this year, alot of nice things are gonna happen. Alot of nice things have already happened. :D:D
